Traditional Beef Gravy

Ingredients

• beef stock
• brown pan drippings from a beef roast
• 2 tablespoons corn flour

Method

1. Combine pan drippings from roast with stock to make 2 cups.
2. Stir in corn flour blended with a little water.
3. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
